All accommodations are tasteful, spacious and above all very complete. Each villa is directly on the beach. The master bedroom and living rooms of all the villas open to private decks for lounging and enjoying the magnificent panoramic view of the Caribbean. Luxurious bedrooms feature king size beds and air conditioning. Every bedroom has its own private bathroom.

The living rooms are very comfortable, equipped with cable TV, VCR/DVD and COMPLEMENTARY WIRELESS INTERNET. In addition, in the middle of the villas, off the kitchen, is an open air atrium for informal dining and grills for barbequing. The dining area and kitchens are spacious and fully equipped including microwaves.

Besides our resident manager, on site personnel include housekeepers, gardeners, maintenance and security staff. Just 5 minutes to casinos, shopping, world class restaurants, tennis and golf. Ten minutes from both towns of Marigot (French) and Philipsburg (Dutch).
